Welcome to Ansantawae Lodge #89's official website.
As Connecticut Freemasons we embrace the tenets of Friendship, Morality and Brotherly Love. We do this by using the teachings of Freemasonry to better ourselves, our community and each other. At our lodge we make Masons and here at our website we show you our history, activities and schedule of future events.
The Masonic Fraternity does not invite anyone to become a member, instead we wait patiently for the special man to knock on our door and seek admittance. Perhaps your visit here is that "knock" on our outer door.
Feel free to browse our site; investigate us and Freemasonry! See for yourself what we are doing here. We hope this site interests you into becoming a better man and joining the greatest and largest Fraternity in the world.
Connecticut Freemasons: making a difference, here and around the world.

Greetings from Ansantawae Lodge # 89
Well as we approch the fall and our lodge activities start up again I want to thank all of you that have supported the lodge in our many classes of degree work and the many functions we have had. We had 2 classes of 5 new brothers come into the fraternity this past spring and look forward to our next 2 classes that begin in September. For all of you that attended the "Annual Fellowcraft Picnic and Pig Roast" I thank you and know that you had a great time, as did I. Please check our calender for upcoming events in lodge, starting with "Roll Call Night" in September, our Annual Dinner Dance in November as well as our Table Lodge also in November. I look forward to greeting you at lodge and if you have not been out in a while, why not come out this fall, you will find a warm welcome from the brothers and meet a few that you have not met before.
Fraternally yours
Scott T. Sherrick
